    The staff were extremely courteous and friendly.The property was well situated with a great view of the lake and close to many good restaurants

    Location to various restaurants so had a wide variety of meal options Paula Nascimento went out of her way to make me feel comfortable

    The room is big and clean. We checked in pretty late and when I open the door the view amazed me. Over all it's excellent besides the room is too close to the elevator so it's a little noisy.

    Great location. Very close to Museum Row in Chicago, Millennium Park and a 10 minute taxi ride from the theatre district. Beautiful view of Lake Michigan from the hotel. Lastly, I arrived at the hotel early and they were courteous, friendly and checked me right in!

    We loved the proximity to transit, restaurants,to and to everything in the city. The views of the city from our room were beautiful the lake and the skyline. The room was beautifully appointed. We will stay again.

    The hotel is minutes from stores, coffee shops, and the Roosevelt stop train.

    What a view! The location was perfect for getting to all the best attractions like swimming in Lake Michigan, cruising the river and Millennium Park.

    It’s a five minute walk across the street and park to the museums. Pretty close to the L.
