    Did not partake due to a $11.95 per person charge. We stayed at many other motels that provide breakfast at no additional charge Also there was an incidental charge of $50.00? Unrealistic for what and when we checked out we were told we would not get reimbursed for up to 2 days. We've never been charged incidental fees at other inns.

    Great location just off I75, but not noisy. Very nice rooms and staff. The thing I have to mention especially is hotel is near some woods and grandchildren were thrilled to see lizards squirrels, birds including a great big crane strutting around. ( The staff told us there is normally a pair but we only saw one bird.)

    Staff were friendly and helpful. Coffee was good. Very clean and well kept property. Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping (Butler Plaza).
