    Breakfast was exceptional, there is a nice little live music during breakfast and a huge variety of food. Facilities are super clean and I didn't miss anything in the bedroom. Everything was well equipped and organized.

    The Gentleman, manager at the club lounge was the one and only person who took his job seriously and professionally . The only valuable asset at this hotel . He should be promoted even though he mentioned he had joined the hotel sic months ago. We wanted to extend and upgrade our room and he was the only one who knew what means to be in the hospitality business. As for the hotel, it is modern and sort of new . Beds comfy. Elevators fast. Thats it . Nothing more.

    Staff attitude towards a problem created by the reservation system (Booking and Hilton) was slow but helpful. Service was good in general. Front door valets and janitors simply great. Harp player at breakfast absolutely awesome.

    We loved everything! We had the best stay in Istanbul this year after trying many other locations every summer. The location is amazing and strategic. We love the shuttle service to Istinye Park. The staff are amazing. The facilities and cleanliness! Everything was perfect!

    The hotel was totally renovated and assembled with brand new furniture. I had booked with no breakfast and at check in was told Fresh breakfast and access to executive lounge is only for 40€ for the room(pay attention that for the room, not per person) that includes breakfast and dinner was value for money. Bathroom was large and very clean. In my bathroom both, bath and douche cabin was. The location is near if take taxi. I did not walk and used taxi all the times. I liked that swimming pool for adults and children was separated.
