    Great hotel with very friendly staff. The food in the hotel bar was lovely. The room was a good size. The hotel is in a good location for Heathrow Terminal 5 with easy access via a shuttle bus. Slightly overpriced for a one night stay but over all a good hotel.

    They tried to charge me extra for another stay, they said I didn’t have breakfast excluded when I did so that was a nightmare

    Great hotel to use as a stopover before a long flight (or after one I imagine). We stayed in the Executive King and the bed was comfortable and shower great. We had some tapas in the restaurant which was nice (aside from the calamari) and a few cocktails which were also nice. The hotel has a few eating options and a bar also which is great when you are not near much else. The transfer service is there but only services Terminal 4 & 5 so isn't of use for other terminals unless you are happy to transfer to the airport train.

    Great hotel for overnight stay prior to flying from Heathrow T5. Good service, food and relaxing spa.

    Very convenient for travelling to Heathrow. The hotel arranged a Taxi for the morning. When we stay here, we always eat at Mr Tadiwallas...excellent food.
