    El Hotel está bien. A los Empleados y Supervisores del restaurante Sol Beach Lounge & Bar, Mil Felicitaciones; excelente! Aunque las instalaciones son muy cómodas y generosas, se percibe un poco de falta de mantenimiento en general.

    La ubicacion del hotel es muy buena, es muy cerca del centro de la ciudad y los malls quedan en las cercanias tambien. La playa del hotel es sumamente agradable y fresca: Hay una playa con "olas" y hay otra que es muy calmada que es ideal para Bebes (mi hijo para el momento de la visita tenia casi 3 anios). El reestaurant Al Maarid (desayuno) tiene un amplio menu para escojer incluyendo puerco!!! Las piscinas son muy buenas tambien y el disenio del patio de recreacion hace tu estancia muy placentera

    Staff are very friendly starting from reception Lory to valet services to cleaners. Breakfast buffet had a wide selection of food.

    the resort is huge... a lot of space to move around. many pools, the salt pool is huge and not over crowded with people. did not try the buffet.

    The first impression is great, beautiful room, nice facilities, the pool and surroundings. Not too loud but family friendly too. Great breakfast buffet, good quality food. Few on-site restaurants if you haven’t chosen the all inclusive. It can be confusing as they are spread out so ask the staff about the location and how to get there. The Brazilian restaurant is quite pricey, if you want to have a starter,main plus drinks it will easily set you back close to 300-400aed just for dinner. I didn’t have a chance to try the others unfortunately. Next time will choose all inclusive option as i feel it would work better if you’re on a budget and still want to enjoy your time stress free. Over all very relaxing and pleasant stay.

    I absolutely loved the welcome received by the reception staff and the exit we have had. The room and facilities were stunning and we are already planning to come back in a month.
