    The building is new. We had the impression our room had just been finished and we were the first guests there. The size of the room is more than generous, and so is the bathroom. Bed is large and very comfortable. A/C works fine. The owners live in the same building, are very nice but do not speak English. It might be a bit of a challenge but we managed. We got new clean towels every second day. Good value for money. As far as the location is concerned, we wanted to stay there because we had friends nearby. It is a very nice and quiet area with good restaurants and cafe. Lot of expats live there. It takes about 15/30 minutes, depending on the time of the day, to reach the city centre by taxi (extremely cheap). If you are looking for a place at walking distance from the old town, this place might not be for you.

    Beautiful room with that new wood smell. Possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever stayed in and definitely the most comfortable in Vietnam.

    The host was so nice to us we loved her! She opened the door for us at Shabbat :) The room was very clean and very comfortable.
