    Staffs are very nice, and shuttle bus service is great too. Unfortunately, the room we stayed in was stingy, and smelly. Because we arrived in midnight so don’t have energy to switch room anymore. Can not adjust temperature of the air conditioner, the room was in 25-26c all the time even though I tried to set it lower. There was a construction going across the street with jack hammer running. Other than that, it is a nice hotel in general.

    The hotel is located in a convenient place, not far from airport and 10 min walk from the metro. The room is clean, breakfast is good. There is s facility to wash clothes

    The front office manager/supervisor was simply superb. As a frequent traveller I have not met in many years a a team that goes out of its way to make a guest at home away from home . The Chengdu holiday Express Team are the best Ambassadors for the Express chain group and brand . I would like my comments to be shared with the Team , particularly the supervisors.
