    The beds are extremely comfy, almost too comfy to leave haha. My issue was with the checkout process, I wanted to pay cash but it took too long and seemed too complicated. They had my credit card validated only wanted to pay cash for the room and it seem to be an issue for them

    Excellent room . . clean, quiet and well appointed. The lounge / devan with a side table and overhead reading lamp, situated in a corner near the window , was a nice, unexpected touch. the breakfast was substantial and delicious. the brerakfast area had plenty of seating and was bright, with lots of windows. all staff, in all departments were pleasant, courteous and focused on their respective roles . . . all of which added up to a superb guest experience; BRAVO.

    I like the most when they make an effort to surprise our room with wine, balloons and rose petals...it’s beyond my expectations. I only asked for a note of happy anniversary but they gave us so much more
