    The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was not noisy. The laundry facility was very good.

    Staff was very helpful and taking care about each customer. Continental breakfast was quite good. Room and bathroom was very clean. I would recommend stay in this hotel.

    The day staff and cleaning staff were excellent and so was the breakfast. Should we ever travel to this area again we would surely stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ottawa East-Orleans.
