Very clean and modern rooms, perfect location in a newer district next to a big shopping mall and metro station. Also the front desk was super helpful (special thanks to Josie who even accompanied me to the Taxi to make sure I was getting to my destination). Would definitely book this hotel again.

I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The room are clean, comfortable and with all features to make your stay pleasant. The hotel manager (Henry) is extremely kind and take very good care of his guest with an exquisite personal touch. All the personnel speaks English (some even fluently) and this is a good help for foreigners trying to get around Xi’an. The hotel is also excellently located and easily reachable with metro from downtown

This is a first class hotel in a modern part of the city. All facilities were excellent - clean, smoke free, comfortable, safe, Although desk clerks had limited english, both day and night managers were quite fluent and were extremely helpful and very attentive. In fact both managers went out of their way to ensure that we were well looked after and provided for. Access to the underground was easy and close as were banks and shopping centres. Don't know about the proximity of restaurants since we didn't use them (and the hotel's restaurant for breakfast) but transport (taxi and public ) is so easy that finding an eatery would be no problem. I should think there would be some in the shopping centres. Breakfast (included) was self serve style and was ample and varied.
