    Muy buena la ubicación para recorrer Niza, tanto la zona céntrica como la de la playa. Fuimos en automóvil y el hotel no solo no tiene parking sino que ademas no dispone de un lugar en la entrada al mismo para poder bajar y subir el equipaje, que si es importante como en nuestro caso resulta bastante dificultoso. Debería contar con un espacio en la calle exclusivo para el hotel para este tipo de situaciones.

    It's in a great location, a bit further back from the main promenade but not remote. We had a triple room, with two twin beds and a sofa bed - all very comfortable and spacious. Easy to walk to all the main sites, Castle Hill was the furthest away at around 30 minutes walk away, however it's a very flat and beautiful walk.

    The breakfast was fresh and abundant: watermelon & lots of other fresh fruit, plus fresh French breads and croissants. There was a buffet of cold meats & cheeses, yoghurts, dried fruits & olives which was delicious. The small hot counter was freshly cooked and offered a good choice of bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, mushrooms, fried courgettes. I'm intolerant to wheat and they provided gluten-free bread, as well as brioches. Excellent!

    The staff was very friendly and relaxed. This included the reception staff, the hotel workers and the maids. The location is pretty convenient to lots of main sights in Nice. You can walk easily or just get a tram pass and use it. When the tram line work is completed, it will be really convenient. Right now, it is a bit of a mess with the tram construction and hotel renovation. The rooms were mostly quiet in spite of the construction. The hotel because of the great staff has a good feel to it. I have listed things that I think need attention below and items we found a bit disappointing, We didn't change or complain to the staff because they were so nice and we didn't feel there was much they could actually do for us.
