    La habitación en suite era amplia, contaba con espacio suficiente de almacenamiento para 15 días una familia de 4. Distintos grosores de almohadas identificados. Café gratuito en Nesspreso cada día en la habitación.(4 cápsulas y leche) Contaba con hervidor y con enchufes USB Secador y plancha de ropa en la habitación Dos tv. En el baño útiles de aseo y toallas de cara. A parte del resto. El lobby cómodo con espacio para sentarse y tomar algo. Contaba con información turística muy completa. Teníamos desayuno incluido y era muy bueno, mucha variedad de comidas. El personal súper amable y muy atento. En la piscina contaba con un jacuzzi caliente. Al ser larga estancia, nos regalaron una toalla de Australia muy bonita. Y nos agradecieron la estancia.

    When we checked I we were upgraded without request .we were late fir breakfast and the staff were happy to let us finish eating without pressure .and when we arrived home we had left some of our belongings inside the hotel .The housekeeping staff were quick to contact me and list our belongings back to me .very impressed with the hotel and staff especially the housekeeping staff Beatrice Lucia .well done .

    The customer service at the hotel was exceptional from check in to breakfast to check out. It really makes your stay enjoyable when staff are so pleasant. We loved that the beds were really comfortable and plenty of pillows to choose from. The pillows had firm and soft embroided on the pillow cases. Our room was very clean. Beautiful breakfast with plenty of choices. We will definately stay there again.
