As I have already heard about staff behavior and I must say that I was not disappointed as the staff were always smiling. Very much helpful. Professional. I never found such welcome note by hotel staff ever before in Pattaya. Even the night guard also talked with us with full respect each time we met.

The 24/7 staff were so friendly and accomodating... official check out time was at 12 but we were not sure if we could come back at that time. So we checked out earlier and left our luggage for free at the reception. :)
