    Really nice place, rooms were big, comfy beds, clean, nice bathroom. Bit difficult to find as the entrance goes a little way underground. Location isn’t bad in itself but if you want to stay in the center of Hanoi this isn’t the right place- was a 20 minute drive to the city center. We could pay by card and there was a lift which was great.

    Good location near the lake and supermarket, an hours walk from old town. Friendly staff, including everything you need.

    Stayed there 2 times, and, probably, will stay again in future, because it's good place. Very clean good room with good and modern furniture, good bathroom with anything needed, can use air-conditioner as a heater (very reasonable during cold season), private parking place inside the building, good location, nice staff, reasonble price for Hanoi.

    Everything was fine! The staff is very nice and their English is good as well! The rooms were cleaned every day and you get fresh towels every day! It was just amazing coming back an having everything new! On top, you can use the kitchen on 7th floor of you like. You can also rent a motorbike! Everything was better than expected!

    The staff were very nice, bed was comfy and bathroom was good. Hot water ran a little cold quickly but you turn down the pressure and it warms up. Air con, fridge TV provided. Good sized room. The hotel has a kitchen on the 7th floor.

    It is a new property so still very clean and nicely decorated and there is a lift. The bed was very comfortable, firm but not rock hard. The WiFi and Air Conditioning were both excellent. The location is very near a supermarket and a bus stop into the city and also to the airport, West lake is just a short walk away. There is a choice of street food places to eat nearby. There is secure parking for cars and bikes if required. The staff are very friendly but their command of English is rather suspect, which can lead to misunderstandings.
