SCAM ALERT! This hotel will rip you off at the first chance. I had several incidents with them and I had to leave because of the smell coming from the bathroom in my room. The smell was so disgusting and the manager just ignored all my remarks. Even if the whole amount was already paid, they cancelled my reservation on the platform of Booking.com during my stay, only to avoid Booking to be involved in any complain or subject of refund. I had to move from this hotel because of the smell of the room and they rejected to refund me for the remaining next 10 nights. At some point the owner showed up and he was very rude and aggressive when I asked for a refund. They simply don't care about the client and the whole hotel was made without any taste or quality. You will definitely overpay, a very bad value for the money. DO A FAVOR TO YOURSELF AND AVOID THIS TRAP, YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED AT LEAST, OR EVEN SCAMMED AS I WAS. -

Location is great , bathroom and shower was clean with good waterflow , free cofee and tea -

Generally, it is a nice cheap hotel close to the city center. The location is perfect, between two circle metro stations, at a walkable distance from the Red Square and principal sights, with many commercial and food places around. Hot water and tea, and one microwave are available 24 hours. The rooms and beds were comfortable. We had the option of shared shower and bathroom, but they are plenty around and always accessible. The staff was awesome. Elena was very helpful and nice. Спасибо, Елена!!!
