I always find the staff here are friendly and go out of their way to meet my needs. On this visit, having been told I had a medical problem and was finding it difficult to climb stairs, they allocated me a ground floor room. And the night porter was just as friendly and helpful when I finally reached the hotel at going on midnight (train delays) as the daytime receptionist would have been.

Simple small single room, no comfort. Price 49,50/d is too much for this small room, but Scheveningen is expensive. The room was in the house 2, nearly 400 m from the main house. This was very positiv! There are no noise in the night, a few minutes and you are at the see. If you are looking for a cheap room without any comfort, it's o.k.

The location is perfect. We took the tram from The Hague central station and it's not far from the hotel. We were close to the Pathè theater and across from the circus theater. So lots to do besides the beach and the boulevard. We were in walking distance from the boulevard as well. It took only 5 mins to get to the beach. Loved it. They have bungy jumping, the big ferris wheel, zipline and tons of great restaurants right on the boulevard. There is also Funland which is an arcade game hall. And of course Sealife is right on the boulevard as well. And dont let the outside of the building fool you. It's big and awesome! Very interactive for kids. We loved our stay at Bella Vista in Scheveningen :)
