    The location is perfect. The staff was warm and fully hospitality. cleanliness is good, and i feel comfortable. the pool nice, and instagramable.

    The hotel room looked nothing like what we booked. Not up to standard to even call themselves a four star hotel. Bathroom was in poor condition, room was poor quality and overall experience was not good. Breakfast in the morning was great Indonesian food. The staff were lovely but the hotel needs a major revamp to even consider the price we paid for one night. Will not be returning.

    LOCATION !! So convenient to get to anywhere. Food is within walking distance . Rooms are comfy . LOVE the bali style outdoor toilet. It is covered on top so u don’t get the feeling something will drop on u or feel scared . Staffs are friendly. Many pple complain about the noise. Now... to me if u want extreme silence.. GO UBUD! Stay in the paddy fields or in the forest. True enough there were times when u can hear other guests but it isn’t that bad. I enjoyed my stay here .

    Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, well supplied with toiletries and drinks. Pool was excellent. Restaurant was good, nice buffet breakfast. A la carte lunch and dinner were reasonably priced and good quality meals. Overall superb value for money.
