    Parking gratuito al lado del hotel. Personal muy amable. Camas blandas, pero cómodas. Muy limpio. Las habitaciones están mejor que en las fotos.

    Las fotografías de booking no hacen justicia, las habitaciones son más bonitas que en las fotos y el cuarto de baño aunque es antiguo también está mejor que en las fotografías. La Sra. de recepción encantadora y el desayuno muy bueno. 100% recomendable.

    The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was quaint and the view, although it was facing a small area with buildings, I loved it. It was the kind of view I enjoy when traveling abroad. The hotel is 123 years old and shares a historical feeling. I would definitely stay again at Hotel Des Ardennes if I return to Verviers.

    Maggy runs the place and is really, really friendly. She was very kind to my son and made us feel very welcome. A free drink and a smile was a great start and it continued that way.

    My daughter and I stayed here for one night in April 2019. The hotel is right by the main station in Verviers: a town centre that has seen better days but the hotel is located at the point where gentrification seems to be starting. The building is charming with many period touches and the room was clean with an extremely comfortable bed. Lovely balcony overlooking the fountain might make the room too noisy for some at night but it was perfect for us. The crowning glory of this hotel was the girl who checked me in: a wonderful local guide, an enjoyable conversationalist and makes a great coffee also. We hope to be back again.

    with only 10 rooms, this hotel seems more of a family-run affair than an international chain - and it shows. As you walk in, you are directly taken it by the cosy and warm atmosphere of the place and the people working in it. The room and bathroom are comfortable and clean, Breakfast is divers and ample. The bar has plenty of beers to choose from ;-) Note that there is no lift/elevator, should this be an issue, but the architecture doesn't seem to permit such an addition.
