    A friend and I stayed here for 3 days at the end of August and it more than exceeded our expectations. Our room had 2 single beds and overlooked the pool and street. The location was perfect - no more than a 2 minute walk to the main streets and the river yet quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Free breakfast was a nice addition, and the man at reception was very kind and helpful. The pool was lovely for a quick dip in the evenings, and the book exchange in the reception was a nice touch; the outside seating area had very comfortable sofas - a nice place to spend some time in the evenings having a drink or finishing off an ice-cream out of the sun. Excellent hotel, I couldn't recommend it enough.

    The location of this Hotel is hard to match for the price. It is in the heart of Dalyan, the shortest of walks to the river and it’s myriad of boat trips and to all the restaurants and shops you need. There’s a great view of the rock Tombs from the breakfast terrace. Whilst amongst all of this it remains reasonably quiet, stayed here for 7 nights and slept through each one. The room was a good size, clean and with comfortable beds. Aircon worked well as did the WiFi, the en-suite was immaculate, we had a balcony and a tv, a good, well priced stay. The pool was clean and a fair size. The owner/manager went out of his way to cater for every whim and his staff were very polite and efficient. Breakfast was very good. I will stay here again.

    Breakfast lovely and traditional. Rooms clean and lovely sized balcony. Always hot water for the showers. Uğur couldn't do enough to help and make our stay more perfect. Highly recommend this hotel. The location is fantastic here in Dalyan with everything on the hotel doorstep. Will definitely return and bring family with me next time.

    The staff - the most friendly, helpful, kind, fun that we have ever experienced. A joy to meet, nothing too much trouble. Location - convenient for shops, restaurants, riverside, and also quiet.

    The location because I am disabled and I did not have to walk far to restaurants, shops and riverside walk. Moving around in the hotel was easy for me using a walking aid. Free tea all day. Efes one of the cheapest in Dalyan. Beautiful cestrum nostrum (only smelling at night) filled the air every night. Bathroom was well planned for somebody with disabity. Erkan and Muyesse, the owners, were perfect hosts.
