A very courteous staff that goes out of their way to help anyone that stays here. The place is nice and full of life! Budget friendly and close to everything you need, plus point is the short walking distance to Walking Street!

Manager Sam is very kind. When the other manager mistook me for returning deposit, he sent money to my bank account. If you don't plan what you do, he helps what you should do in Pataya.

I will give 10 out of 10 to Hotel Goad star. It's very good, comfortable n friendly hotel and thanks for your hospitality Sam. We have enjoyed staying there .

The location was right near walking street. The property owner was an awesome man, He guided us with proper place to shop dine and very helpful. He spoke fluent english and even was ready to prepare customised food as my wife was vegan. The best part was its cost, never expected a room like this at this price.

All stuff was very helpful and kind, especially Sam was a great personality, friendly and helpfull. Location is good, climate,beds, TV etc. is successefull.Also they can suggest you Island Tour, sea activities ,place to see, place to eat or best places for yhai massage.

Really enjoyed my stay at Goad Star Hotel. I had a lovely clean en-suite room with AC, fridge, TV, fan, closet for clothes with hangers and the bed was comfortable too. Staff is pleasant, especially Sam the supervisor who has excellent customer service skills, he is very attentive and care about customer satisfaction. He ensures that guests are faring well and enjoy their stay. Sam also offers customers good suggestions about places to visit and see in Pattaya. Such great positive skills and little touches we don’t see anymore in many hotels nowadays.
