    Staff were helpful and polite. We had a free room upgrade with fantastic city views and use of the top floor’s lounge. The facilities in room were excellent with many useful electrical sockets and thoughtful bathroom toiletries provided. Everything you could wish for an extremely comfortable stay was provided as standard. Transport links were so easy to access.

    Location perfect in Osaka Station. Very spacious rooms. We initially stayed on the 21st floor which was ok except for extremely hard and uncomfortable beds. After asking if anything could be done about this we were moved to the 25th floor to a much nicer room (appeared to have been recently renovated) with much more comfortable beds. This was really appreciated as we stayed for 5 nights and after busy days sightseeing needed a good sleep!

    The hotel was located in the train station so really easy to find on our first ever experience of busy Japan. The hotel was spotless. The toilets were so high tec that was an experience by it self. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying at Osaka. We had breakfast sitting looking at a spectacular view of the Oneida building.

    It is next to Osaka station. Can get to various subway easy. (Shinkansen trains are at Shin Osaka station - not this one). Surrounded by multiple shopping complexes. Provide a WiFi phone to use around the city.

    Very good location, seconds to JR train station! Room size is a bit small and the lighting on the bed is a little too bright (though come with dimmers). Generally met our expectation and will recommend to friends!

    Great location, good size room, great bathroom with big bath and lots of toiletries, Smartphone to use while out and about, clean and modern. Staff were able to assist with any tourist queries we had. Staff able to communicate in varying levels of English.

    Excellent location! While room is small and compact, it is comfortable, clean and has most of what you need for a night’s stay! Highly recommended!
