    The hotel and restaurant staff could not be nicer and more helpfull! A tastefully decorated hotel in a quiet and green environment, perfect for a visit to the Biennale next door.

    The location is great, away from all of the touristy bits and in a quiet and leafy residential quarter but easy to reach by boat. The hotel was lovely and nicely designed, very comfortable room with everything you could need. The best thing of all were the staff, especially on the reception and especially Gabrielle.

    From the moment we stepped inside we felt welcomed. The staff were very helpful, the bar is well stocked and reasonable, with a lovely atmosphere and comfy seating. Outdoor seating was very relaxing in the night. The bedroom and bathroom was impeccably clean and the bed was luxuriously comfortable. The water buses is a very short walk and are regular, however the walk into the centre of Venice is stunning. The walk along the coast is beautiful. Highly recommend staying here and avoiding the hustle and bustle of the centre.

    Lovely hotel, stylish and relaxed. The breakfast is good, the staff is great. I noticed some confusion between the staff, but that is not strange as the hotel was opened so recently. We will definitely return, we also love the quiet area of Sant Elena and how close it is to the biennale.

    Great location, and it has a lovely garden where you can sit and enjoy a drink after a long day of walking around.

    Best air-conditioning in a room i ever had, rooms are cosy but make very good usage of the space. Location is 2 minute walk from the vaporetto and i can recommend to take it to Lido and eqt great food while avoiding the crowds.

    Every staff member was extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist. Our room was spacious with beautiful decor. Easy walk to centre of Venice.
