    Asian hospitality at its finest. Staff was very courteous and efficient. Concierge was quite helpful, recommending tours we could take, places we could visit, booking transfers. Breakfast at Signatures was also pleasant albeit somewhat chaotic due mainly to its popularity among hotel guests and locals alike. I would've wanted it to have more real estate so it doesnt feel too cramped. Food was an interesting mix of both local and continental cuisine. Staff was also efficient and hospitable.

    Top 3 things: 1. Location location location. Perfect for shopping as directly connected to Grand Indonesia. 2. Although I didn’t have the time to use the facilities this time around, I’ve used them on previous visits - the pool, spa, sauna, restaurants are very good. 3. There’s always a taxi waiting if you need to go anywhere, so by Jakarta standards transportation is a breeze.

    Superb location, within a walking distance of a mega mall (Grand Indonesia) and if you stay during weekend, there will be a regular government event on the city street, car free day where you can roam freely do anything you want from sport (running, cycling) or maybe just want to stroll and enjoy local delicacies

    Room : large, comfortable, cosy ; bathroom: modern,large, nice., very pleasant. Swimming pool, deep (1.50 m), large, outdoors. Club Lounge : quiet, no too many people. Staff very friendly ; good efficiency of Concierge.
