    Hotel Kaiserhof exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff couldn't do enough to accommodate us, the breakfast was amazing and the spa is one of the best i've used. I can't recommend the hotel enough. We weren't staying at a time of year for skiing but worth noting the hotel is barely a minute from one of the main gondolas.

    The suite was convenient but the bathroom, as in most hotels must have been designed by people who don't use them. The shower is unsuitable

    Situated under the hahnenkammbahn lift, the Kaiserhof couldn’t have been in a more convenient location. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we’ve ever eaten in Austria. The freshest squeezed orange juice. Local farmers yoghurt, butter, honey and meat and some wonderful cheese spreads. In the summer the price of this property seemed exceptional value for money and the drinks at the bar were also good value.
