    Staff were lovely and very helpful. Booked from the street about 30 seconds before actually showing up at the hotel as a hotel about 100 meters away (FabExpress Le continental) shafted us and cancelled our booking with no notice and after ignoring our contact attempts (if you’re throwing up between here and there i couldn’t advise more to come here and stay well away from “Fab”). Regardless of the zero notice the team were great!

    Don't be fooled by the exterior! The inside of my room was beautiful with a modern decor. My room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff were always very polite, helpful and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast (and room service) was good and the terrace is cutely decorated.

    The staff were excellent - always willing to help. Good value for money as far as facilities are concerned and the location is a short distance from the main Delhi train station.

    Service is great !The receptionist are extremely helpful, so do the room Stewart even they know little English.

    The reception staff were very nice upon arrival and upon checking out, letting us leave the bags there until night time. Room was very spacious with a big mirror.

    No mineral water facilities, no sandals, some bad odors. But staffs were very congenial and cooperative according to their ability and limitations. Loud sounds come from nearst rooms.
