    A very central hotel about 100 m from the Champs-Elysées. Classic 6 story building with charm and beauty. Lovely comfortable room on level 2 with a courtyard view. Very clean and quiet. The service was excellent when checking in and out, at breakfast time and when we used the bar and outdoor area. The concierge and his team were very helpful. As you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

    This was the fanciest hotel experience I ever had. Starting from Janitors to reception to the waiters, they all were extremely friendly, very helpful, offer help all the time and very neat and presentable. The facility is fancy, smells good all the time and very clean. We were amazed with the reception team, they escorted us to our room, explained the facilities of the room and they service system of the hotel. We liked the personalized welcome letter and the welcome snacks that were waiting for us in the room. Breakfast too was a fancy experience. A true French typical breakfast served to your seat and the offer to order breakfast at the roam was superb. The janitors at the front door were very friendly, I enjoyed chatting with them (unfortunately cant remember their names) but I want to thank them and thank the recieption team as well as the Restuarant team for their professional and pleasant stay we had. I would definitely come back again and will recommend it to my friends.

    The hotel deserves its 5 stars rank Very clean – both room and facility. Staff is amazing – friendly, keen to assist, welcoming. Our room was great (executive) with a nice view to the upper end of the Eifel tower. The place were the hotel is located is the best, simply can't be better. Highly recommended.
