Receive many warnings, including penalty charge for late check out. Check in time after 4pm which is much later than other hotels. Experienced late check in for more than 45minutes , due to no key prepared in the mail box, and I have to call many times in order to get into the room. The one stayed not the original one booked but one without window to the street. One the day of departure received remind email again from the property saying with charge for 3000 JPY for every 30 minutes of late check out. I contacted the property for compensation and refund due to late check in, unfortunately received message saying just ‘impossible’ for all the inconvenience and cost of phone call charges. -

Near Subway, 2 supermarket nearby and a few very nice small restaurants around. The area is quite at night. Room is well equipped and very clean -

Neat , clean and very comfortable. Nice design too. The place is also very well equipped, from cooking utensils to washing machines. Very close to supermarket and there are some eateries nearby. Only ten minutes walk to big shipping malls.
