    Nothing. We were very unhappy and looked to relocate immediately. The room was only large enough for the bed. No room even to put a suitcase. We told them that we were unhappy st which point they showed us a larger room but we wondered why that wasn’t the first option. By that time we had already found a more desirable place in a better area and so told them of our decision at Which point we were charged fully for the one night stay. It wasn’t like we were a no show. We showed up and were unhappy with what we found. A person should not have to pay for something that they do not like. I expect my night to be reimbursed.

    Friendly staff,beautiful design of hotel space and rooms,looks recently refurbished,location is superb(next to metro station,close to restaurants),very quiet.

    The hotel staff were very helpful and for a family of five the rooms were so comfortable, much more than expected! I also liked the practical lay out of each room utilizing every corner for the guests comfort. Kids loved it too! Highly recommended!

    Don't be fooled by the picturesque reception or the small elevator. We go to Paris 3-4 times a year with our young children and have stayed in both expensive and cheap hotels. this hotel has an amazing warmth and energy and it was extremely loving staff. fantastic in every way. although our room which was the largest room was a little too small for 2 adults and 3 children.
