    Les Ottomans is a very special place. I felt like I had my own palace for a few days. All the staff were wonderful - caring and kind, spoiling me every step of the way. Sinan melted my heart - I was a little worried arriving to Istanbul by myself for the first time but his instant responses on Whatsapp and heartfelt care made me feel instantly welcomed and at ease. Cengiz was an outstanding butler - I liked feeling like a queen and a little bit like Batman :) Meals at the hotel’s restaurants by the water were sensational - great food, great views, great service. I see highly recommend Les Ottomans, it’s a must see gem in Istanbul.

    I can truly recommend this hotel to everyone. Especially the staff, but also the facilities, the seaside location were all amazing. I arrived a bit earlier than check in time, and the staff did their utmost best to comfort me and help me with my room as soon as possible.

    Over the top luxury. Originally a summer home right on the Bosphorus , it is more like a mini palace with service and amenities to match.

    I had to leave the property 2 days earlier than expected. The problem was with the AC system. We did not have control over the temperature in the room and we kept calling the manager there every day to solve this issue as it was so hot in the room and we could not rest specially in the afternoon. We were promised to have a better room were the AC was working properly but then they told us that this problem is in all rooms in that hotel and that we have to deal with it. It was so frustrating as we are in summer time and we need somewhere to rest and sleep comfortably for the amount of money we paid.
