The personal is very friendly and professional. The room is cleaned every day. Good location between center and historic part of Bogota, "Calanderia". The room was very large, about 35 square meters!

The staff here is super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are super clean and specious. I would stay here again. It is a basic room, but the price is also appropriate.

En general, este lugar fue excelente. Buena ubicación cerca de La Candelaria, y fácil de llegar. Si pudiera dar al personal más de 10, lo haría. Fueron muy amables y serviciales!

The staff is very friendly and pleasant. The hotel is drab and rather unpleasant with dim lights. The location close to Museo del Oro would be excellent but for extreme criminality after dark. People say even daytime you should exercise caution. "Hot" shower is there if you turn it on to yield just a few drops per second: too little to wash properly, the other option is a lukewarm shower. The staff is ok, but they do not even have bottled water to buy, and after dark all shops are closed, so you have to plan ahead to buy your drinking water earlier. It's definitely not a place for a family or a couple looking for a relaxing stay. Just a place to enter (take a shower) and close your eyes (to sleep) not to see it. It can be noisy on week days. The internet is erratic: sometimes works, sometimes doesn't
