    Place was secure. Staff were very helpful and polite. Location can not better than this. Easy access to the airport by bus.

    Near bus and train terminal. Bus to Kansas KIX airport just in front of the hotel.

    Only the location. The room was poky and tatty with paper thin walls. Could hear at least three neighbours’ radios/TVs as tried to sleep.

    The hotel is in a strategic place and next to the train station. Shops and food places were nearby. The staff are polite, helpful and efficient.

    I have stayed at the New Hankyu many times and I will return mainly due to its location Also I like the fact that by the bed you have multiple connections to be able to charge any type of phone

    The hotel staff was very nice, as we arrived before check in time, they kept our luggage allowing us to go explore Osaka. The location is very good, 2 minutes from Umeda station, 8 minutes walk to the Umeda Sky Building, and it's right on the airport (both Osaka and Kansai) limousine bus stop.

    Always efficient, good breakfast and super convenient for transport links, around and in/out of the city. Always use this hotel when in Osaka. Good selection of places to eat, drink and shop around the station area.

    - the staffs were very nice and helpful - rooms were very clean and equipped with a fridge and a kettle - the location is great: near train stations - airport limousine bus stop is right in front of the hotel - spacious bathroom - our rooms were not facing the main street so we did not have a problem with noises from outside

    The hotel has an excellent location, next to the Osaka JR station and the Umeda subway station as well as the Kansai Airport shuttle bus terminus being just in front. Staff were courteous and helpful. Cleanliness is good.
