    We liked the location of this hotel and the staff were very helpful at all times. A must for anyone thinking of visiting Venice. The balcony over looking the canal is a must when your are have a drink after visiting the sites.

    The staff were all very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great.the position for walking to all the major places of interest plenty of places to eat and drink close by. Would recommend to others .

    Beautiful Hotel! Room was very nice and clean. Communication with Hotel was great. Enquiry about glutenfree breakfast was forwarded. Breakfast was great and the staff there very friendly.

    It was away from the tourist traps of Venice and a lovely clean boutique hotel. Staff very helpful. Loved having a gondola ride right from the hotel!

    Very clean hotel, views onto the canals were fantastic. Location is excellent as you are in the middle from the station to San Marco. You can walk to somewhere of interest instantly and easy reach of everything. The decor and cleanliness was faultless. It was also very handy that the receptionist had a conversion plug to hand and was able to provide one to us instantly. Everything in this hotel is high quality from the room fixtures to the breakfast ingredients. You are made to feel you are in a prestige location. We found every member of staff very friendly and helpful. I would stay at this hotel again.

    Location is ideal. Near walking distance to Rialto bridge, but also nice and quiet so you can get away from the busy tourist areas.
