    Servicios y amabilidad en los mismos. El hotel dispone de dos rutas de transporte para huéspedes a zonas turísticas, muy útil y aproximarse a las mismas; además, el autobús ofrece trayecto para ir y volver. Un excelente desayuno con variedad en los alimentos, tanto occidentales como coreanos.

    Its my usual hotel I stay at whenever I am in Seoul. The room size is big and very clean. They provide all the amenities including coffee and green tea. The beds are big and wide. The hotel has its own cafe and bakery and there is another cafe called Angel in Us. There with a big CU mart along the side where its so convenient to get snacks and drinks. The hotel has a wonderful shuttle service to Myeongdong in the day and Dongdaemun at night. The area around the hotel is being developed so the older buildings are being torn down

    The premier triple room was spacious. Beds and pillows were comfortable, sheets were clean, air conditioning was good.

    There are 2 close by of L2/Green metro station, on the back of property. Hotel is quiet, feels good. Shower is strong, it’s just still using bathtub, a bit hussle, but not reduce the goodness.

    I would love to say thanks to the staff at the front desk. He was so kind to let us check in earlier since my son and my mom was tired after the flight. I also want to take this opportunity to the guy at lockers area. His English was great to help me to find the places around. The shuttle buses from the hotel was very convenient. Thank you for all of you to make my trip becomes unforgettable. I would love to stay there again.

    The hotel is modern, high quality and comfortable. The rooms are big and clean. The rooms offer also a lot of toiletries and even a foot massage machine. The coffee shop in the basement is nice even if it doesn't offer so much. The also have a laundry room where you also can also dry the clothes. Best thing is the staff who helped us at the entrance. He also asked a taxi for us after leaving the hotel and waited for it even under the sun (it was really sunny and we stayed on the shadow until the taxi arrived). I don't know if is a service offered by the hotel but it was really convenient to have someone who catched a taxi and gave the right address to the driver. If it's not part of the service: "Thank you"!
