We loved the location, the interior design was very good, trendy, warm and welcoming. The room had a very French feel with a 4 poster in the loft, very elegant , design like in the French castle tradition. Bathroom elegant, spacious and also with shells and lovely loft feel with the original beams insight. The boutique hotel has a very good restaurant. We ate outdoors on the terrace under a leafy grand tree . The setting is near the square with all the charms .

A beautiful hotel, situated in the heart of this beautiful Flemish town. As Ypres seems to be getting busier and busier, this will suit travellers looking for a more peaceful base from which to explore the battlefields. The rooms are large, air conditioned and feature extremely comfortable beds. A period style decor scheme is followed throughout which makes you feel as if you’re staying in a hotel from a bygone age! Complimentary toiletries, vermouth and tea and coffee ensure all needs are met! The staff are very discreet but on hand if you need anything. This is is the perfect place to relax and unwind and is in my view worth the additional expense.

Great hotel in a great location close to all the bars and restaurants if you require them.The bedroom was most excellent with the possibly the biggest bed we have ever slept in and we found it very comfy with a great bath room all so.Breakfast was 18 euro's which we at first thought a little steep but the quality and quantity soon made us forget the price.

Huge bed, which was very comfortable and the room was very well appointed. To get to the breakfast room, one had to walk over an exterior bridge and negotiate some very very steep steps, although there was an elevator.

The receptionist was very helpful and welcoming. When ask, she recommended a restaurant in the village square (the hotels own restaurant was fully booked) and only after we asked, she booked it on our behalf. In fact all the staff were polite and helpful. The themed room was very comfortable, clean and well kept. Everything worked and nothing looked tired or distressed. The old part of the hotel and the new extension all fitted together and complemented each other. The lit open fire in the guest living room is a nice welcoming feature, I would image in the summer the garden would be a great place to spend the evening. The breakfast had a nice selection to choose from. I especially liked the fact they had quality local produce which is far better than the normal homogeneous choices given in chain hotels. The views from the breakfast room made the room light and airy.

Dormitorios muy cómodos con todo lo que se podía desear. Zonas comunes preciosas, y cerca del centro de la ciudad. Buen detalle tener el picon en las habitaciones. También comimos en el restaurante Pegasus, que es magnífico!

Hotel realmente cómodo, céntrico, cerca de cafeterías y restaurantes en la plaza principal. Personal amable y muy servicial. Edificio con personalidad decorado y amueblado con gusto. Ahora es mi hotel favorito en Bélgica.
