    Excellent location! The RELIEF can be seen upon leaving the JR Station via the South Exit. Friendly, kind staff, well informed, fluent English. The room had all amenities incl. a tea / coffee machine and excellent tea / coffee. Perfect bed - albeit, for 1 person. Very quiet. Excellent dark curtain. Best value ever in Japan and almost anywhere.

    The hotel is located very close to the train station, very convenient! The towels were changed every day. The cafe Hummingbird on the first floor of the hotel has the most tasty food in the whole Japan! Still dreaming about their pancakes with caramel. But this is not about the hotel.

    Conveniently located, near Kokura Station. Staff was very kind and extremely helpful when I had questions about laundry facilities. As with most hotels I've come to in Japan, I couldn't check-in until later in the day HOWEVER I was able to leave my luggage with them (I arrived to the hotel around 11am, if I recall correctly). When I did check-in, there was even a handwritten note welcoming me to the hotel. A small but really thoughtful gesture! I didn't take advantage of their connected cafe/eatery, however I did use the washer & dryer on the ground floor of the premises. The size of the room (and prefab bathroom) for a solo, non-smoking is small by American standards. I've traveled in Japan numerous times, so it is a standard small size. If you're traveling with large-sized luggage, you'll be negotiating space and tip-toeing around things :)

    El establecimiento se encuentra a 3 minutos de la estación de Kokura, donde se pueden realizar excursiones de un día a otros lugares de KitaKyushu o Yamaguchi, etc. El personal era amable y el desayuno en la pequeña cafetería de abajo era bueno. Amenities de la habitación eran suficientes.
