    Limpieza y atención. Amenities en la habitación casi en exceso. Me parece buena la idea de que estén en planta baja y así quien las desee que las coja. Muy cerca de la estación tennoji.

    The moment we walked through the doors the hotel astounded us. The gaming room had air hockey and other games that were awesome. Also the honey toast was delicious.. highly recommend. The staff were accommodating and lovely to talk to.

    This is a hotel with a bit of character. Bali-themed reception with enough unexpected 'freebies' to keep the kids happy. Reasonably good breakfast available.

    I cannot express how much we loved to stay in this hotel. It... surprised us, in an incredibly positive way. The minute you arrive, you are warmly greeted and then surprises arrive (I won't reveal them here but they are fun and refreshing). Check out the game and manga room on the third floor, so much fun! Staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Our room was comfortable, clean, and so welcoming. We really appreciated the many initiatives that the hotel takes to reduce its impact on the environment.     Many free amenities goods. Spacious bathroom and the separate loo. Close to the stations. Lots of tea selection. Free miso soup, cakes, wine, orange water...etc.

    I love the breakfast buffet! So many choice to choose and good coffee. There is a lot of free snacks, drinks (even wine) and toiletries for free in the lobby which was really nice :) Location is really convenient as well, just 5 minute walk to Tennoji station. Good restaurants nearby and if you wanna workout during there is gym called Anytime fitness where you can buy one time pass ;) First 3night we stayed in Queen size room which was quiet small but after that we uprgraded to king room which is perfect size for 2 people. My girlfriend really enjoyed about massage chair in the room.

    Great choices of amenities. Big bathtub is in the separate bathroom with toilet. Very convenient location. It was so good that we came back and stayed two nights more!

    Efficient check in and check out，very nice front service, big and clean room with wooden floor, shower room with massage bathtub and tv, game room is on the 4th floor, also provide the entertainment and rest room for baby. Hotel Coupon exchange the gift. Good location that very close to the JR and subway station, there’re many top shopping mall in 1 km distance. Close to Osaka zoo, about 20 mins walking way to ‘Tsutenkaku’. Strongly recommend by my friend next time travel to Osaka

    The Hotel is central at Tennoji and has a resort style, which for our room was way to dark, but still nice. There are a lot of amenities available for each guest and the TV in the bathtub was something new to me.

    -hotel and the room were clean -you could get complimentary coffee and wine, I think -there were complimentary amenities available for the guests (I didn't take any though) -staff was kind and trying their best
