    The owner was an ex captain and very chatty and helpful. I checked in late at 10pm and he waited for me. Great layout for rooms, good use of space especially for en suite room. Breakfast was made to order by a lovely French lady and the location of the restaurant meant you had a great view of the harbour.

    Clean good value accommodation restaurant excellent... if many large groups in ask staff for best time to fit in... all of our party (14) served witjin a couple of minutes after a resonable cooking time... all food was wonderful. staff are friendly couteous and well humoured.... hotel is popular with those that rebook after their first experience... can't wait for my next stay room ~ clean and good value staff ~ super food ~ evening and breakfast i don't want to tell you too much or i won't get in again as it'll be booked up!

    Good central location. Simple but perfectly adequate room. Lovely breakfast room overlooking the harbour. The breakfast buffet is surprisingly sparse, but saved by eggs and bacon cooked to order.
