    Totally not comfortable and noisy . Can hear any sound from beside room. Renovation of design is totally not comfortable

    There were lousy and noisy people beside our room and its totally disturbing when every single words they said we heard..every.single.word.We are not expecting sound proof room but at least not sound transparent.cannot dleep at night due to the sound of next door neighbour.on the last day i was asking for iron apparently its not available and the staff couldnt be bothered to find me one..very bad service.

    1. The counter staff like Chris and Jasmine were helpful and friendly but their assistance was limited. 2. Parking space was limited in the basement but since there were few cars, there were ample choice.
