    El recibimiento, el trato, la gente, el edificio, la limpieza, mi camaaaaa... Tuve un accidente de los que suelen pasarnos a las mujeres con la bastilla de un saco y me atendieron de inmediato.

    Location is good and the hotel itself is an oasis in Downtown Berkeley which is a bit rundown

    *Staff were all very friendly & helpful *Location is excellent. Really close to UC Berkeley, Downtown Berkeley Bart station is just steps away, as are shops & eating places *Room was very clean and comfortable and all necessary amenities provided *Really nice coffee & teas and coffee machine in-room

    My husband and I have stayed at the Shattuck perhaps 10 times since our daughter moved to Berkeley. We always loved it, until this last time, the weekend of Aug. 23, 2019. (See below for our comments.)

    Fabulous location in downtown, near BART station, the campus, good restaurants. Room was clean and the bed comfortable and bedding and pillows very nice. The shower pressure was good although the pipes were a little noisy. Didn't use the TV. Good insulated ice bucket!

    It’s location is really central. The rooms are super clean and the staff are helpful. The room is just right in every thing, I would say it fits one person perfectly, two will be a bit tight but maybe possible for a shorter stay. I was alone, it was perfect in all ways.

    I was traveling for business and this was a very nice hotel in a convenient location. Easy access to anything you need and well lit/safe area. The room is nice, and the staff very professional. I wish I could have stayed a little longer to enjoy it!

    The staff were absolutely super! I was travelling with my father who is now a bit elderly and I greatly appreciated all the little ways that they helped him out. We also greatly enjoyed Zino's.
