    Very nice and helpful staff. Amazing professional serving manner. We arrived late and all people welcomed us with cozy smile and great soft drink. They supported us so much during and even after our time there. The hotel let us check out late, lend the bike for free and so much little help. I could feel their happiness when they served us.

    The breakfast was served on the rooftop, great views, but very windy. You also needed sunglasses first thing in the morning as it was also very bright. The food was fried noodles, eggs, toast, coffee, and some sort of juice. It was filling, but I found the fried noodles too salty. The staff was very friendly and helped us make arrangements with bus and taxi.

    Great staff, breakfast, the rooftop had one of the best sunset views in town with pagodas in the background. Location is close to the local market in the morning, very charming and lots of things happening around the area. Quiet at night. We stayed there the first two nights after arriving in Myanmar and then on our last two nights as well as we liked it so much. Very clean rooms and great standard. Liked our room for 3 people on the this floor a lot, more light and quiet at night. The room on the first floor is darker and is a bit more noisy as it’s closer to the reception floor.

    Requested a room on a higher floor with a nice view and was given the best room in the place - end of the hall on the 4th floor with windows facing in two directions. It was difficult to get any orientation of the city prior to arriving, but the location turned out to be perfect (as long as you don't mind the street noise), as it's right in the middle of the busy central market. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. The receptionists were very friendly and able to answer the few questions I had. The view from the rooftop is even better than in the photos, and is a great place to start your day. Left Bagan a day early on account of bad weather and booked four nights here, which seemed maybe too long for Mandalay, but really enjoyed my time in the city (lots of cool day trips to take) and would gladly stay here again if I ever make it back to the city.
