    La ubicacion y las instalaciones. El hotel es nuevo y las habitaciones con balcon tienen muy buenas vistas, asi como la piscina de la azotea. El personal muy atento y amable

    Roof swimming pool was lovely nice set up water not cold cool deck chairs could hang there all day ! Location lots of trees down little lane near a river and can see mountains felt like countryside not city love it The decoration furniture and lay out The staff Lunch time food was ok too

    I dont eat breakfast as a rule so i cannot comment on that however, the food I had from room service was excellent. The room was exceptional and very comfortable. Particularly the surrounding patio which is enormous with table and chairs so you can sit outside and eat. My internet connection did not work ad i reported it to the staff who were brilliant in response. They tried to fix it but unfortunately they could not so I was offered a company mobile phone to use as a back up. I did not use it as by this time I was enjoying that fact I had no internet connection without emails and phone calls for 2 whole days was paradise :-). I cannot thank the staff enough for their hospitality and exceptional customer service. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone who is visiting Mandalay. It is second to none.

    What a great stay we had here. The room was so comfortable: very spacious and light with a great bed. Beautiful bathroom with robes. The pool gives a marvelous view over Mandalay. I was lucky to celebrate my birthday here and the staff helped my husband to arrange a lovely breakfast by the pool, including a cake, flowers and the staff was singing for me. It was really great!

    Das Team war sehr kompetent und hilfreich in englischer Sprache. Es hat uns hervorragend unterstützt bei der Durchführung unserer Altivitäten. Auf dem Dach gab es einen Swimmingpool zum Entspannen, dazu die Möglichkeit zum Abendbrot und für Getränke. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Zone der Stadt, Tuk-Tuks können über das Hotel für Ausflüge organisiert werden.

    Hôtel neuf , quartier très calme , personnel super, magnifique rooftop, la cuisine y est très bonne. Grand choix au petit déjeuner, chambres spacieuses et lit confortable.
