    The hotel have very friendly and approachable staffs who's always willing to help. The facilies looks clean and beautiful. The room were very spacious with good view to boot. The location is also fantastic with just few minutes away from the airport and shopping malls such as Abreeza and SM Lanang and only few minutes to travel to the port to go to the beatuiful island of Samal. The breakfast buffet was great as well. Overall great experience staying here and will definitely come back again in the future!

    Excellent large bed. Good food available at reasonable prices and all staff were great. We went with the kids to swim and have a night away. It was perfect for all of us.

    I like how accomodating the staff are. We asked them if we could switch rooms since we were staying with a pwd, and they provided us with a really nice room which was wheelchair-accessible

    Every aspect of our stay was first-class; from meet and greet to departure. An excellent hotel employing attentive and committed team members, all clearly trained to the highest excellent standards. A fantastic hotel, well maintained and very clean. All hotel services were great. The room was perfect; the food delicious; the swimming pool fantastic. We have previously stayed at Park Inn and The Waterfront - Tropika is superior, by far.

    Excellent and friendly service, staff always helpful. Loved the swimming pool, it's big, clean and it has salt water instead of smelly chlorine. Lovely landscaped gardens attracting lots of birds. Room is modern, clean, good AC and hot water. I highly recommend Hotel Tropika!
