    We love the Friendly and Accomodating staff, Huge & Clean Room & CR. Very clean in all floors. Separate smoking area. Food was fair, nice location. Furnitures and Lobby. And all amenities needed such as very clean towels, toiletries,extra pillow, comfy bed, fridge, kettle and dryer, huge flat tv and an office desk, huge cabinets etc. *Hope they can have a small gym at the roof deck..

    The room is spacious. They have ample toiletries. The beds were big and comfy. The room temp is cool. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was also good except for their tapa.

    friendly, efficient and helpful staff.. clean and new hotel with excellent water pressure...good value for money... with free wifi, room safe, water kettle, minibar , cable tv and the usual hotel amenities— toiletries, bedroom slippers etc. ....near the Grotto and about 10 minutes away from the city center...from our room at the fifth floor you can see colorful houses dotting the hill with the eerie Diplomat Hotel at the top partially obscured by trees and the mist...

    For a local hotel, you get what you need and more. Cleanliness is excellent. I love the staff, all of them. Wifi very fast. Very generous with room supplies and towels. I didn't expect that much from a local hotel and I was really surprise. Thank you Hotel Tugos!

    Love the cleanliness and the modern style of the hotel. The only thing that really disappointed me was the smoke alarm was triggered in the middle of the night. Also, please check Room 410 , it has a musty funky smell. I had other rooms, Room409 and 411 doesn’t have that funky odor. All in All it’s a great hotel just need some amenities. Thank you
