    Staff were forgetful, not helpful, for what they claim to be the most exclusive hotel in Amsterdam the service was very poor. Hair in the shower. Dinner unavailable Other guests also complaining Incorrect times for booking car No lids for coffee No contact or return calls when requesting services at the hotel I’ve spend 785 days on hotels & this is by far the most outrages overpriced amateur hotel I’ve ever stayed in

    Brilliant staff, could not do enough for us. People often say nice staff but this team don’t only go an extra mile they go all out for a customer experience. Everyone was the same, interested in the guests and their enjoyment. For example, we left the hotel for the day and they gave me an umbrella to use and the next day a bottle of water as the Sun was shining! Nothing was too much trouble! I think it’s the best hotel I have ever stayed in and I travel Worldwide 37 weeks out of 52 ! location, room size, cleanliness, service levels, comfort, choices, entertainment System, cocktail bar with knowledgeable staff, decorations, artwork, bathroom with steam room and whirlpool bath.....and on and on...it was all fantastic! It was pricey but value was excellent! don’t stay here for just a hotel room , it’s a hotel experience. I will stay here again !

    The restaurant is a very nice experience, starting with service, going further with food and their brilliant wine pairing suggestions. Congrats on that! The service and options for breakfast were excellent as well. The experience at the bar: outstanding, probably the best cocktails in the world and this is not a figure of speech!

    Having stayed in some world Class Hotels (Savoy, London, Waldorf, NYC), this beats them with ease. Sumptuous decadence throughout. Everything is of the highest quality, staff and service to match.

    The staff is really at the top. They will take care of you from the first minute till the moment you close the door of you car to leave. The rooms are really confrontabile, with very nice devices like the iPad to control lights and temperature in the room. Room service very fast and best quality. I will for sure stay in this Hotel in the future.
