    Hotel is immaculately clean and Nicholai was very helpful throughout our three day stay. Breakfeast in the garden is wonderful so long as you remember to book it. Hotel is located in a quite residential area less than 10 minutes from Promanade des Anglais but it is uphill/steps on the return journey. Rooms are relaxing and comfortable and both of us enjoyed the stay. Would definitely book again. Gerry

    Lovely, clean, comfortable and very quiet location in a residential area. 5 minutes walk to the beach and 15-20 minutes walk to the old town. Friendly host and breakfast in the garden. Perfect for us.

    Nicholas our Host was friendly and very helpful. The room was very quiet and very clean. Lovely to sit amongst the orange trees and have a wonderful breakfast. The beach is close but a little further to the old port area. Great to be able to open the windows at night.

    We enjoyed our two spacious rooms with balconies. Picture on left is the twin room. Picture on right is the deluxe queen room. We stayed here the night before our noon flight. It was a short walk (downhill) to the airport bus stop.

    We had an amazing trip to Nice to celebrate my husbands birthday. Hotel Villa Les Cygnes far exceeded our expectations. The hotel was spotless and in a lovely area just 5 minutes walk to the promenade and a leisurely 25 minute stroll into the centre of Nice. Thank you Victor for making our trip so special. We loved your hotel and breakfast in your sunny courtyard was truly lovely. We will be back!

    Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast, not only coffee and a croissant, but yogurt/egg/bread/ham/cheese,juice. Friendly cat as well !
