    The hotel is relatively new and clean and comfortable. The room type I stayed is quite good for two people and not too small coz most hotels in Japan are very small that you can't even fit your luggage in. This time the room type is actually quite good for two big luggage. The location is also a bonus too, although not next to the Osaka Station but still within walking distance and close to other shopping malls.

    nice location, near airport bus stop, JR osaka station, malls and plenty of restaurants around as well as convenient stores (711 and family mart).

    The Hotel is just a few minutes walk away from Osaka Umeda station. Clean and modern.

    The location of the hotel was excellent! It's very close to both Osaka Station (JR) and Umeda Station (Hankyu Line of other subway). The hotel provided guests with shower caps, lotion, tea bags and other amenities at the lobby (for guests to pick what they want and don't) so it's good that I can choose what I want to use / drink.

    Very spacious room and bathroom. And all brand new! Staff is very kind and eager to help. The location is excellent as the hotel is next to Osaka station, so you can get the circular train and go everywhere. Also useful if Osaka is not your final destination. Another good point of being close to a train station is the restaurants: lots of good takoyaki, okonomiyaki and ramen restaurants just some blocks from the hotel. Coin operated Wash machines are super handy for long travels. We washed all our clothes there.

    The staff was friendly, the location was 5-10 min walk from the Umeda station (a lot of restaurants, shops, and cafes nearby), easy to travel to the Namba station. The location was nice and not overcrowded. Room was clean.

    Breakfast was great, room was great, location was great. The mall next door is massive and interesting with lots of food options. It may not be near the Dotombori but it’s great in its own area. Room is bigger than normal Osaka rooms and even has a bathtub!
