    El spa con piscina, jacuzzi y diversidad de saunas y duchas le dan ese plus al hotel. Habitación amplia y desayuno variado. Parking gratuito en la puerta.

    Muy amables, ofrecen gratuitamente la tarjeta para subir a los remontes, lo cual te ahorras mucho dinero. Aunque nuestra habitacion era pequeña, muy confortable Totalmente recomendable

    Very good value with the inclusive Zell am See/Kaprun discount card. Clean and comfortable with some amazing views. Although we didn't take advantage, the pool/spa area looks fantastic.

    Everything was just perfect. The receptionist, and the waiters were all charming. The hotel was super and so was the food. We were also provided with the Summer card which was a plus as most of the excursions were free.

    We have been in the hotel for 4 days and we have no doubt we will be back again! The manager of the place Miss Tatyana is pleasant, professional and very sensitive to the guests and their needs. outstanding service. The food was delicious (We took half board) the place was very clean.Spa is very invested even in the small details.Highly recommended! Bakalash family

    Staff were exceptional, couldn’t help enough. Restaurant food was excellent. I didn’t use the wellness centre facilities so cannot comment.

    Very nice hotel, perfect location. Beautiful view from the balcony, cozy room. I also enjoyed Spa. Breakfast was good, but id add some more fruits or vegetables.

    The hotel is at a good location, in the middle of Kaprun. Rooms are big, modern and with all amenities. The bathroom is specially great, awesome layout and 5 star quality. It also has a pool, sauna and spa.

    first of all, amazing view from the room, staff was really helpfull and friendly. we were offered by Kaprun card, even if we stayed just overnight, so we could also enjoy free ride to glacier. wellness inside the house is great as well as indoor pool. breakfast ok and dinner delicious.
