    This is so great! Everything is thought about and there was everything I needed. The bed is comfortable the shower is spacious and brilliant. The best thing: the view of the river.

    This is a really great place to stay, being right on the Amstel with swans visiting occasionally for a gander. The room is small but really well set out. Overall a great place to stay and explore Amsterdam.

    Absolutely lovely host, to the very detail prepared and thought through room, great location, quiet but never the usual. All you look for is there but it is a very cosy and beyond the usual place. Check it out!

    Wendelien was super helpful, informative and easy to contact. She ensured our stay ran smoothly. The houseboat was easy to find. Our room was spotless and very comfortable- the view was fantastic. We highly recommend staying on houseboat 712!

    Location, location, location! Great place and conveniently placed not too far, or too close, to the city centre (15 min walk). Great host, couldn't do enough for us. Compact room but that was as expected.

    Wunderschöne Aussicht vom Bett auf die Gracht. Riesige Fenster! Kleine Küche mit Nespressomaschine, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank u sogar Mikrowelle Toll Eigentümerin wohnt ebenfalls da, super nett u hilfsbereit.

    Senz'altro la possibilità di dormire in un luogo particolare che è anche uno stile di vita di molti abitanti di Amsterdam che hanno le proprie abitazione proprio sul fiume.

    We loved being on the canal with huge windows to enjoy the endless parade of boats. With the window open we felt like we were on a boat too! With the window closed it was peaceful and quiet. The property is very new, the bed comfortable, and although the room was small it had everything we needed, including a spacious shower. There are lots of thoughtful touches in the room, like extra charge cords, Nespresso and a bottle of white wine. The location was great for us. We really felt like we enjoyed a real Amsterdam experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
