    Front desk staff we're very friendly and tried hard to be helpful. Very helpful in arranging trips and phoning for taxis for us. Rooms are a good size and beds very comfy. Rooms also nice and clean.

    Excellent location, rural but not isolated. Staff very very smart and friendly. The pool was a joy with the hot temperatures. Excellent buffet breakfast and lovely garden setting for dinning at night.

    We liked the room like private bungalows, bed was good and shower too, everything was very clean. The staff was perfect, nice pool for relaxing, cozy bar with live music in the evening, good food from the restaurant. 15 min from the city but they can drop you to the center for free.

    Nice grounds and big comfortable room. Helpful staff - can arrange transport for tours. Offers a pick-up shuttle to and from bus station. Reasonable value restaurant food and drink. Excellent breakfast options. Attentive service. Lovely big pool. Evening entertainment.

    The staff was extremely friendly, they helped us book our bus to the capital and helped us rent a motorcycle. They even gave us a free shuttle for both. The restaurant is a bit more expensive then Hpa’an but worth the money. Pool is also good!

    The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They gave me early and late check out free of charge and organised the local bus to Yangon for me.

    I cannot put into words how amazingly friendly and helpful the staff of this hotel is. I would recommend anyone travelling to Hpa An to drop by here. I made truely incredible local friends here. There is a nice pool, a new fitness and a beautiful garden! I’ll be back for sure. Love it love it love. I will miss the burmese kidness so much.
