    Nothing. Would not stay here again. Location was good and staff were nice, but I think upper management needs to do something to make the stay more comfortable such as installing proper AC and unbolting the windows.

    Very close proximity to convention centre, rundall mall, tram/railway. over all central location for food options. Clean room.

    The hotel is in a great location with good breakfast and friendly staff. The room was small, not ventilated an mouldy with small and uncomfortable bed (definitely not a queen bed) The front of the hotel as shown on booking.com is the Mercure. The Ibis is attached from behind and you have to walk through long corridor from the elevator till you reach your room.
